Complete a “Transcript Request Card”
Please allow 3 -5 days for processing(NO expediting services available)
Students are allowed 6 free copies (official or unofficial)
After 6 copies - there is a $2.00 fee for each copy
To have a transcript mailed -please provide a stamped addressed envelope to
the College or NCAA or where you want it to be sent
