Over 40% of people attending college in the United States are currently attending community college. For Davis High students, there are a number of terrific local options, including: Sacramento City, Woodland, Solano, American River, Cosumnes River, and Folsom Lake. There are actually over 100 throughout the state.


Advantages:

  • • Low fees (currently about $26/unit, which is less than $400/semester for full-time enrollment)

  • • Small classes sizes

  • • High rates of transfer to four-year colleges and universities, including Priority Consideration and Transfer Guarantees

  • Who is eligible?

    You must be 18 years or older or be a high school graduate or have passed the California High School Proficiency Exam.
